However, those who are wondering just what the Sony Honami has in store underneath the hood will be pleased to check out the smartphone (that is known as the C6903 where model numbers are concerned) has already made an appearance over at the GFXbench database, where along the way, has confirmed the long rumored Snapdragon 800 chipset from Qualcomm that will be accompanied by a quartet of Krait 400 cores, in addition to a Full HD display alongside on-screen buttons and the latest Adreno 330 chip.

BlackBerry Q5 hits Canada on August 13, USA to follow suit

BlackBerry has just announced its cheaper QWERTY smartphone - the BlackBerry Q5 - will be unleashed across Canada on August 13. According to the official press release the Q5 messenger will be available through these authorized partners: Bell, Fido, Koodo, Sasktel, TELUS, and Virgin Mobile Canada, as well as retail stores Best Buy Canada, Future Shop, Target, TBooth Wireless, The Mobile Shop, The Source, Walmart, and WIRELESSWAVE. BlackBerry Q5 will be available through all carriers and retailers in Black, while the Pure Red flavor will be exclusive to Virgin Mobile.

A couple of weeks ago thanks to a rumor, word on the street was that Sony could be looking to announce a new camera called the NEX-5T in the near future. While the exact specifications of the NEX-5T remain a mystery, at the very least the existence of the device has been confirmed thanks to a recent registration for the "Sony NEX-5T" by the Taiwan NCC Agency.
