T-Mobile LG Optimus F3 Announced

T-Mobile has just announced the consumer customer availability date for the LG Optimus F3, not exactly the latest device to hit the market, and neither is it the best, but it so happens to be the latest 4G LTE device for the mobile carrier. Starting from August 7th, the LG Optimus F3 will have the honor of being the most affordable LTE Android-powered smartphone over at T-Mobile, and those who are interested will be able to pick it up for a limited-time promotion price of $0 down – although it will be accompanied by 24 equal monthly device payments of $101 each, coupled with T-Mobile's Simple Choice Plan.

HTC One mini is now available on pre-order through various UK retailers. The lowest price for the SIM-free device we were able to find is £370 and it's offered by Expansys. The rest of the retailers we've checked so far - Clove, Phones4U, Carphone Warehouse and MobileFun - are taking pre-orders for the HTC One mini at £380.
None of the stores has given a specific launch date for the smartphone, and there isn't official confirmation of the availability in Britain from HTC either.

You might recall a while back there was a video where the game of Super Mario Bros. was played from a first-person's perspective, and if you thought that was cool, would Sonic the Hedgehog played from a first-person's perspective be of interest to you. Given that Sonic involves a lot of running and spinning, we reckon a bit of motion-sickness could occur, but it's still an interesting perspective nonetheless.

Fake GPS Signals Send Yacht Astray

Fake GPS Signals Send Yacht Astray

Well, well, it seems that you might want to upgrade your navigational systems on your multi-million dollar yacht after hearing this news – researchers from the University of Texas claimed to have succeeded in generating fake GPS signals, and this effort was not done through a computer program performing a brute force hacking, but it required several years of work and mistakes before the team managed to spoof GPS (Global Positioning System) signals, and in an experiment, they managed to send a yacht hundreds of meters off course, all the time fooling the crew into thinking that the yacht remained on course without veering to the right or

Google Opens Invites To Google Glass Explorer Program

It seems that exclusive e-mails have started to be sent out by Google to owners of the Google Glass Explorer Edition, where it opens up the door for such privileged owners to invite at least one more friend to pick up a Google Glass prototype, now how about that. It is somewhat similar to how Google did things in the past, including sending Gmail invites to your mates when the webmail service was in its early beta stage. Google mentioned in the e-mail, “We love sharing glass with our friends, because adventures through Glass are more fun with others.
