Sony has rolled out the Xperia neo L Android smartphone in China. Powered by the Google Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, the Xperia neo L (MT25i) comes jam packed with a 1GHz single-core Snapdragon MSN8255 processor with Adreno 205 graphics, a 512MB of RAM and a 4-inch touchscreen display with a 480 x 854 pixel resolution. The smartphone provides a VGA front-facing camera for video calls and a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera capable of 720p HD video.

ODOC: An iPhone Dock with a Twist

The ODOC iPhone dock is another Kickstarter project.  The ODOC is made of aluminum, with glass inserts in the ends and stainless hardware.  This dock weighs 2.7 pounds, so it's heavy enough to allow one-handed removal of the iPhone.  The ODOC accommodates most cases, and the cylinder acts as a passive amplifier for the iPhone's built-in speaker.  The viewing angle is adjustable through 8, 17, 26, 35 and 44 degrees, simply by twisting the end of the dock.  The back has 2 USB ports and 1 shielded line-level audio output.  The ODOC will be available in three powder-coated finishes over the glass bead-blasted aluminum: clear, black, or whit

Canon 5D Mark III goes on sale in the US

The Canon 5D Mark III is now on sale in the US, and for those who happen to make the Big Apple as the city of their residence, you will be able to pick it up from B&H before 7pm. Engadget confirmed that there were just three Canon 5D Mark III kits available at time of their publishing, where each of the boxed sets will cost you $4,299, while sporting a 25-105mm f/4 L IS USM lens in the box.

ZTE N910 clears the FCC with LTE support for AWS and PCS bands

You'll be forgiven if ZTE's N910 smartphone isn't at the forefront of your mind - when we attempted to grab some hands-on time with the demo unit at Mobile World Congress, the phone straight up wasn't functional. Nonetheless, if priced appropriately, the CDMA / EV-DO handset should be able to kick up a modicum of interest with its 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, 4.3-inch WVGA display, Android 4.0 OS and LTE connectivity. The N910 just received the FCC's stamp of approval, but with only AWS (Band IV) and PCS (Band II) support for LTE, it seems most appropriately suited for a regional carrier such as Cricket or MetroPCS.

Le Pan III Ice Cream Sandwich tablet passed the FCC

Though it's name won't draw the same attention as the latest from Samsung and ASUS, the Le Pan III offers a spec sheet that can hold its own. The tablet was easy to lose in the crowd of devices unveiled at CES in January, but that hasn't put a damper on Le Pan's plans to launch their 1.5GHz dual-core Ice Cream Sandwich slate. The device was recently spotted among the filings at the FCC en route to release. When that release will come is still a question mark — Le Pan's site only says “coming soon.”.

. According to a recent job posting, Research In Motion may be looking to enter the iOS app market. The posting, which was spotted by AllThingsD, has since been removed, but a screen grab indicates that the company is seeking a Senior iOS Mobile Developer to build enterprise applications.
