In the ongoing technology war between cops and speeders, the guys who can't drive 55 have a new trick up their sleeves: Crowdsourcing. Radar detector gurus Cobra have announced a big upgrade to their year-old iRadar smartphone fuzz-buster, dubbed "iRadar Community." Cobra says users can now participate in real-time reporting of speed traps, speed cameras and other road hazards. The new functionality is integrated into the iRadar smartphone application, which controls a separate detector unit. Cobra has also dropped the price of its iRadar system since it was launched.
