Vodafone has launched a new and ultra-cheap, own-branded smarthpone in the UK: the Smart Mini. This comes not long after the network released the Smart III, which is also pretty cheap (£95). The Vodafone Smart Mini costs only £50 (â¬58, or $78) on Pay As You Go. It runs Android Jelly Bean (version 4.1 from what we can see), featuring a 3.5 inch display with 480 x 320 pixels, HSDPA, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, single-core 1GHz MediaTek MT6575 processor, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory, MicroSD card support, and a 2MP rear camera.
