Motorola to bring Android 4.4 KitKat to 10 of its smartphones

Motorola to bring Android 4.4 KitKat to 10 of its smartphones

Motorola wasn't among the first companies to announce its Android 4.4 KitKat upgrade plans even though it is owned by Google. It seems the wait was worth it though, as the Motorola's support website shows 10 smartphones will be getting the KitKat treatment next year. Motorola's latest Moto X and its Developer's Edition will be getting Android 4.4 KitKat everywhere. Verizon's Moto X update rollout has already begun, while the other carriers will be getting it very soon.

Somewhat surprisingly, the dated Motorola Electrify M for US Cellular and ATRIX HD for AT&T will be getting Android 4.4 KitKat as well.
