As much as many iPhone 4S users are excited about using the Siri voice-activated virtual assistant, but so far we hear numerous complaints on how Siri does not understand certain accents, how it does not work outside the United States, or how it refuses to help you with most tasks. Thankfully, there is another app that may give Siri a run for its money if it continues to be stubborn. Evi by True Knowledge has just been released as an iPhone app and in beta mode on Android.
