The Xperia S is the first handset to come out of Sony, who bought out the Ericsson part of Sony Ericsson couple of months ago. And as such, the device has been highly anticipated since its announcement at CES 2012. UK users will be glad to find out that the Xperia S is scheduled to be released on January 30. Initially, it was believed that the handset will be ready for customers to buy no earlier than March 9.
Currently, the Xperia S can be found on pre-order at Play.com for £450, which also happens to be the cheapest offer around.
