Like clockwork, Apple has adhered to the ruling that they will need to refund purchasers of the new iPad who reside Down Under after it was decided that this group of people were misled by Cupertino's slick marketing of the LTE enabled device. Just last week, an Australian consumer watchdog took Apple to court, claiming that Apple did not manage to successfully get the right message across where LTE connectivity of the new iPad is concerned – after all, the new iPad models sold in that part of the world did not work with any of Australia's LTE cellular networks.
