The vacuuming robot manufacturer, iRobot, has unveiled its smartest Roomba yet. The Roomba 790 comes with a suite of new features, including a wireless remote control that allows homeowners to steer their cleaning robots around the house. Traditionally, Roombas move on their own “free will,” travelling randomly throughout the floor as they suck in the dirty bits. But now the Roomba 790 has its own remote to make it clean more efficiently as its human master directs the robot to the soiled area.
