MetroPCS is introducing two new smartphones to its roster today. The carrier, now owned by T-Mobile, will make both the Nokia Lumia 521Â (its first Windows Phone 8 handset)Â and the LG Optimus F3 available in the next few hours. Neither device is yet featured on the MetroPCS website, but that should happen soon too. The Lumia 521 is already being offered by T-Mobile, and for a few months it's been the cheapest Windows Phone 8 device in the US. At MetroPCS, you'll be able to get one for just $99. That's without contract, by the way, and it's $50 lower than the launch price for the same phone over at the magenta carrier.
