The press shot for the Sony MT27i “Pepper” leaked yesterday, and unsurprisingly the phone has been officially announced today. Turns out that Pepper isn't its final name - and the phone will be called the Xperia Sola, a trademark that Sony filed for last month. The phone looks to be a mid-ranged device, with a 3.7″ Reality Display powered by Mobile Bravia Engine, a 1GHz dual-core processor, a 5-megapixel rear camera, NFC, DLNA, xLOUD and 3D surround sound, access to the Sony Entertainment Network and pre-installed Video and Music Unlimited apps.
