Verizon is expanding its tablet portfolio with the addition of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 LTE, which will become available through the largest US mobile carrier starting August 17 (this Friday). The Tab 2 7.0 runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and features a 7 inch display with 1024 x 600 pixels, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 3.2MP rear camera, VGA front-facing camera, 8GB of internal memory, and MicroSD card support. Moreover, the new tablet is a SAFE (Samsung Approved For Enterprise) device.
Verizon will sell the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 for $349.99 without contract.
